Mindi Cameron Green provides website design, branding, and related creative services. Scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement, proposal, or invoice.
2. Client Responsibilities

- Ensure that you have the legal right to use any content you supply
- Communicate clearly and respectfully throughout the project
Delays in communication or content delivery may impact timelines.
3. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project
Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your proposal or invoice
Final files or website launch may be withheld until full payment is received
Late payments may incur additional fees or result in paused work.
4. Revisions & Scope Changes
Each project includes a defined number of revisions as outlined in your agreement. Additional revisions or requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Final designs are transferred to you upon full payment.
We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, marketing, and social media.
Any preliminary concepts or unused designs remain the property of Mindi Cameron Green.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled by the client, payment is due for all work completed up to that point.
If the project is paused for more than 30 days without communication, it may be considered canceled.
7. Website Maintenance & Support
Unless otherwise agreed upon in initial contract, ongoing maintenance, updates, or technical support are not included after project completion.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from website issues
- Third-party platform outages (e.g., hosting providers, plugins, or software)
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.
9. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Your website may rely on third-party services (such as hosting platforms, plugins, or templates). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or issues caused by these third parties.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if communication breaks down, terms are violated, or for any reason deemed necessary.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
